You are beautiful. That’s it; it is as simple as that. You are beautiful. You are a beautiful human being and you deserve to believe that.
Who you are is beautiful and if you don’t believe that, you are doing yourself a disservice. Every moment that you do not believe you are so unbelievably beautiful is a moment you won’t give back.
Beauty isn’t something you can measure – it’s subjective. But there’s one thing you need to know: whether or not you think others find you beautiful, you are. It doesn’t matter what others think because what matters is that you believe it.
When you think that the whole world is against you and nothing is going your way, there’s one person on your side, in your corner: you. When you feel bad about yourself, know that you are beautiful.
Embrace your imperfections. Wear them proudly. Work on your flaws, but don’t hate yourself for them. It’s those flaws that make you so beautifully you.
Wake up every morning and tell yourself you’re beautiful. Remind yourself that you’re beautiful throughout the day. Repeat it to yourself before you fall asleep.
Don’t waste your days looking down on yourself.
Smile. Just keep smiling. You are beautiful.
“What you do, the way you think, makes you beautiful.”
I urge you to find (at least) 3 things you find beautiful about yourselves and acknowledge them, shout them from the rooftops. I will start:
- The way my brown eyes sparkle when they catch sunlight is beautiful
- My golden skin color is beautiful
- My smile – my genuine smile is so beautiful
